Bronxonia Yacht Club, Inc.

Since 1910 the Bronxonia Yacht Club has provided safe boating instructions and membership hauling and storage facilities. We are adjacent neighbors of the BICENTENNIAL VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK , ON EASCHESTER BAY @ WEIR CREEK, THROGGS NECK, BRONX NEW YORK, an original sponsor and supporter since 1976.
Through our association with the Long Island Sound Fisherman's Alliance we have gathered groups of Boy and Girl Scouts to plant fragmites (swamp weed/punks) long the waters edge at Weir Creek. We sponsor annual clean up and debris removal events which give our community a sense of ownership.
