Armand LeGardeur Architect is a New York City based firm that specializes in residential and small institutional projects.

The firm is noted for the quality and responsiveness of it's designs, and for it's detail oriented approach to every aspect of design and construction.

Principal Arman LeGardeur believes that each project must evolve directly from the needs and desires of clients and the specifics of site and place, rather than from any preexisting idea about building type, form, or style.

Recent work includes the Peter Jay Sharp Boathouse, a new floating rowing facility on the Harlem River for the non-profit New York Restoration Project; the New Leaf Cafe, the phased renovation of a historic park structure in northern Manhattan also for the New York Restoration project; the Mill Basin Boathouse, a new high school rowing facility in Brooklyn for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, as well as new and renovated residences in Greenwich, Connecticut,; New York City; Providenciates, Turks & Caicos, British West Indies; Mount Desert Island, Maine; and Dallas Texas.
