Alexander Garvin Associates

AGA is a planning and design firm that specializes in the public realm. Established in 2004, the firm has grown out of Alex Garvin's individual practice of more than 40 years in planning, architecture, real estate development and public service.

AGA's mission is twofold: to improve the quality of the built environment and, thus, the quality of life for current and future citizens; and to increase its clients' returns-on-investments. These two exigencies are not mutually exclusive – rather, in a truly successful plan, they are complementary. AGA ensures this by producing physically, financially, and politically feasible plans and working to gain consensus among all stakeholders – local residents, business leaders, developers, architects, and public officials
