Circle Line 42 Spectator Boat - Only $30
Pier 84 Hudson River (44th St.)
Best viewing will be on the Circle Line 42 boat as we follow the tug boats up the Hudson River to the starting line and then back down to the finish line at Pier 84!

Free viewing on Pier 84 and Pier 86.
Plus viewing on the flight deck of the Intrepid on Pier 86 for visitors to the museum www.intrepidmuseum.org
10am - Parade of tugs from Pier 84 to the start line near 79th Street Boat Basin.
10:30am - Race starts - From 79th Street Boat Basin to Pier 84 - one nautical mile.
11am - Nose to nose pushing contests and line toss competition.
Noon - Tugs tie up to Pier 84 for lunch (for tug crews) and awards ceremony, to which all are invited
1pm - Awards ceremony. Tugs depart at about 2 PM.
ALL DAY - Exhibits on the pier from maritime organizations, the towing industry, maritime
museums, USCG, PANYNJ and other maritime government organizations. Plus activities for kids, maritime skill demos, music and more.
