Our friend, Lee Miller is organizing a film screening sponsored by the Environmental Law Society of the documentary The Vanishing City at the Brooklyn Law school on April 4th at 6:30pm.

NYMTC announces a 30 day public review and comment period of draft Transportation Coordinating Committee project listings for the 2011-15 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) beginning on March 21st and ending at 4 p.m. on April 19th.

The project listings are available for download on the NYMTC website.
Google Earth maps of the project locations can also be acessed on their website.

The 2011-15 TIP is a federally-mandated product of NYMTC’s planning process which identifies transportation improvements proposed to receive Federal funding.
